Thai Nationals who have registered at the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Chicago to vote overseas in Thailand's election and are planning to move permanently back to Thailand must apply to remove their name from the overseas voter registration in order to be eligible to vote in their domicile in Thailand and participate in the "30 baht for all illnesses" medical insurance program.
